Some of the companies working with Rivetti.
An excise warehouse, a wholesaler with an export business, a contract treatment company, a technical inspection firm and a fresh-produce logistics operator. Different ways of working, and an ERP built on each of them.

A technical inspection company inside a private equity group: contracts, periodic inspections, certificates, invoicing.
Replaces the ERP - Logistics · fresh produceFresh-produce logistics
A fresh-produce logistics operator. It keeps its TMS: the Rivetti agents sort the inbox, read the delivery notes and enter the orders.
On top of the existing system
Three reasons that keep coming back.
The system is built on their work. A standard ERP does not stay standard for long: a partner adapts it by the hour and the company bends its process to what the program allows anyway. We start from the way the company works and build the ERP on that.
There is one point of contact. Whoever builds the system puts it into production and keeps it evolving, with no partner in between.
The price is known up front. One annual fee, never by the hour. “Give me a view of the cost and I organise myself around it”, an owner told us, and with “let's start and then we'll see” you cannot.
“I have to free myself from the old ERP. Full stop. I want modern software, and I want to be the one adapting to that way of working.”

“We ran a trial straight after the meeting. You got us hooked.”
Operations director, fresh-produce logistics
Thirty minutes on your process, then you decide.
The call costs nothing and, if we are not right for you, we will say so. If it does make sense, the next step is a day inside your company with the people who will build the system.
