The ERP for companies that buy, stock and resell.
Price lists per customer, orders arriving in ten different formats, stock that has to reconcile with what was sold. A distributor's margin lives in the coordination between purchasing, stock and sales. We build the system around that flow.
What we build in this sector.
Wholesalers and distributors in every category: spare parts, electrical supplies, food, chemicals, packaging, export.
Master data in the customer's language
Your item codes, the supplier's and the customer's on the same record. Price lists, terms and discounts per customer applied automatically.
From order to delivery note without re-keying
Orders from email, WhatsApp, PDFs and portals come in already checked: item recognised, availability confirmed, price correct. Picking, delivery note and invoice all follow from the same data.
Stock calculated from movements
The system calculates stock on hand from the movements. Batches, expiry dates and locations where you need them, tolerances on goods-in, non-conformities recorded where they are found.
Purchasing and replenishment
Requirements calculated from sales history and supplier lead times. Chasers and order confirmations handled by the agents, with a person stepping in only on the exceptions.
What the agents do from day one.
Quotes in minutes
From half an hour spent among price lists and checks to a finished document with the customer's terms already applied.
Orders that enter themselves
The agent reads the order in any format, matches it to the catalogue, checks availability and puts it into the ERP. You approve.
Technical sales support
An assistant that knows the catalogue, the datasheets and the customer's history. It answers on WhatsApp too.
Our largest customer is a wholesaler with an export business. It used to quote by digging a 2023 price out of a folder and kept its CRM by hand in a spreadsheet. It evaluated Odoo and chose an ERP built on its own work.
Five steps, from the first visit to go-live.
From the day inside your company to go-live, with the old ERP still running until you are the one who switches it off.
- 01
We come to your company
We spend a day with you, in the office and in the warehouse, and connect to your email, your files and your current ERP. Our agents reconstruct the real work, who does what, with which document and what gets patched by hand, and then we ask people about what is missing.
A day of mapping, then short interviews - 02
You watch the work take shape on your data
Your company's agents are put to work on your real cases, yesterday's delivery note, that customer's order, the supplier's DDT, and your people correct them: this is where you find out whether it works, before committing.
A demo on your data, with the people who build the system in the room - 03
The ERP takes formal shape
What the agents built while working becomes the system, with the master data, the rules, the documents and the actions that come out of your work, where a piece of data goes in once and never comes out.
Together with your team - 04
Your people use it
Workstations for the office, a handheld for the warehouse and printouts the way you want them, while tasks arrive from the channels you already use, email and WhatsApp included, and land on a board with an owner, a status and the next thing to do.
Training on site, on the floor - 05
Go-live, with the old one still running
We migrate the history ourselves and the old ERP stays on until you are the one who cancels it, while what the rollout taught us makes the next one faster.
The system in production on your real data
Let's start from your flow.
A thirty-minute call to understand how you work today and, if it makes sense, a day inside your company with the people who will build the system.
