An ERP holds everything your company knows, so before changing it, it is fair to ask how the data is protected and what happens when an AI agent works on it. Here are the answers, with the references to the clauses in the contract.

The data is yours
All rights in the data remain your exclusive property, as written in article 9.4 of the general terms, and it is always exportable as provided for in the DPA.
The AI does not learn on your data
AI model providers receive only the data needed for the individual request, do not use it to train their models and are appointed as sub-processors in the DPA, with the safeguards required for transfers outside the EU.
Permissions for people and agents
Authentication and permissions are designed for both, so an agent has exactly the authorisations you give it, like a person, and every action is logged with who did it and when.
Tested releases
Every change goes through automated tests, static and in the browser, before it reaches production, and your customisations are versioned and released separately from the shared components.
Availability and support
We commit to 98% availability of the production environment on an annual basis, and support is inside the fee. As one customer put it to us, if their warehouse cannot get a truck out, the response has to be immediate.

The general terms, the terms for the agents and the DPA reach you in full before signing, so you read them calmly and show them to whoever you want, with no clauses you discover later.

For the personal data you are the controller of, Rivetti acts as data processor under article 28 GDPR, on the terms of the DPA you sign alongside the contract. AI model providers are appointed as sub-processors, the data transmitted is reduced to what is necessary, and transfers to third countries take place with the safeguards the regulation requires.
A person can always review, correct and step in.
The agents work inside the ERP with permissions of their own and every action of theirs is logged, so you always know what an agent did and what a person did. AI can get things wrong, which is why the system is built so that the people working can review, correct or take the work in hand at any moment, as the AI Act requires for systems used in a company.
