One place where your people and the agents run the company together.

We start from the way your company works. The agents that will do the work build the ERP on your process and keep improving alongside it, because, as one owner told us, “you have to think of it as a colleague”.

Included in every system
  • Used from Claude and ChatGPT too, over MCP
  • An agent already working from day one
  • Workstations and views for office and warehouse
  • Connections to the programs you keep
  • Portals for your suppliers and customers
  • Changes and support inside the fee
From first contact to go-live

Five stages that repeat.

Each stage feeds the next: people's corrections improve the agents, the agents improve the system, and what a rollout teaches us feeds the one after it.

  1. 01

    We come to your company

We spend a day with you, in the office and in the warehouse, and connect to your email, your files and your current ERP. Our agents reconstruct the real work, who does what, with which document and what gets patched by hand, and then we ask people about what is missing.

A day of mapping, then short interviews
  2. 02

You watch the work take shape on your data

Your company's agents are put to work on your real cases, yesterday's delivery note, that customer's order, the supplier's DDT, and your people correct them: this is where you find out whether it works, before committing.

A demo on your data, with the people who build the system in the room
  3. 03

    The ERP takes formal shape

What the agents built while working becomes the system, with the master data, the rules, the documents and the actions that come out of your work, where a piece of data goes in once and never comes out.

    Together with your team
  4. 04

    Your people use it

Workstations for the office, a handheld for the warehouse and printouts the way you want them, while tasks arrive from the channels you already use, email and WhatsApp included, and land on a board with an owner, a status and the next thing to do.

Training on site, on the floor
  5. 05

Go-live, with the old one still running

We migrate the history ourselves and the old ERP stays on until you are the one who cancels it, while what the rollout taught us makes the next one faster.

How it is built

Five things worth knowing, without the jargon.

Underneath there is a platform we use for every customer. What matters to you is who can do what, what stays yours, and what happens when something changes.

01

One door, for people and agents

What you do on screen, what an agent does and what arrives from Claude or ChatGPT all pass through the same point. If a person can create an order then the agent can too, with the same permissions, and you always see who did what. The link to the AI assistants uses MCP, the standard Claude and ChatGPT use to connect to an outside program.

02

People and agents at the same table

Tasks arrive from the channels you already use, email and WhatsApp included, and land on a board with an owner, a status and the next thing to do. When an agent is not sure it hands over to a person, and you can see that on the board.

03

It learns from your corrections, and stays in your company

When you correct an agent, the correction updates its instructions and its memory, so it does better next time, and what it learns in your company stays in your company.

04

A system of your own, on a shared base

Your ERP has its own code and its own database, separate from the other customers', so the general improvements reach everyone while the changes made for you stay yours. Underneath there can be our database or the ERP you keep, and for the people working it makes no difference.

05

Accounting and payroll stay where they are

The program you use today for accounting and payroll is fine: the Rivetti ERP holds the operational work and passes the data over to it.

The commercial model

One annual fee, never by the hour.

The traditional supplier earns more the longer it takes. We turned the incentive around: the price is an annual fee that covers software, changes and support, with no setup cost, so being quick suits us exactly as much as it suits you.

The fee is in the range of what a company your size already spends on its ERP and its customisations, the contract runs for a year with automatic renewal, and you receive it in full before signing.

Let's talk

Thirty minutes on your process, then you decide.

The call costs nothing and, if we are not right for you, we will say so. If it does make sense, the next step is a day inside your company with the people who will build the system.
